Happy Sunday friends! π
Since this is the last time we are rounding in 2025, I wanted to talk about 2026 plans for Med School Moose π‘. Last week we discussed all the amazing things that happened in 2025, so be sure to check that out if you haven't already π!
Med School Moose will of course continue creating high yield resources for medical students and residents π©Ί, but I'm always looking for ways to grow and trying new things π±.
With that being said here are some plans and goals for 2026:
- Being a YouTube first brand 1οΈβ£. This is a promise I made to myself in 2025 that I want to continue pushing in 2026. As much as I love creating content on TikTok and Instagram π§‘, I also get so much joy out of seeing how the educational content on my YouTube channel helps students with things like USMLE prep and residency interviews πΌ. I also have tons of ideas for new YouTube videos, including...
- More front-facing, long form content πΈ. I'm still getting comfortable talking to the camera, so be patient with me π . In 2025 I created my very first video like this and also hosted a livestream, and the feedback on those videos has been positive ππΌ. My goal for 2026 is to reach 20,000 YouTube subscribers π, and I'm hoping this style of videos will bring in new audiences. Be on the lookout for more videos in this format, assuming I'm actually brave enough to press record! π₯
- Growing the USMLE Step 3 Quiz library π. I mentioned it last week, but my newer USMLE Step 3 content seems to be very popular ποΈ, and I feel like ultra-rapid quizzes like this one are going to be a hit. There will definitely be more videos like this so that you can quickly test your knowledge, even if you're doomscrolling TikTok π±.
- Building deeper relationships with fans π. The support that Med School Moose gets from around the world in insane π. For example, did you know that in 2025 alone my YouTube videos were viewed in over 50 different countries π€―?! With that in mind, I'm looking forward to getting to know you all more! I'm always responding to comments on YouTube and social media β¨οΈ, but you can also email me at medschoolmoose@gmail.com π.
Thank you everyone for supporting Med School Moose! Here's to more content, more fun, and an even bigger and better 2026!π₯
